So we haven’t posted much, busy busy lives we live, but uni holidays are on and we need to kick start your motivation! I have since tried noxipro- a pre workout, if it’s the getting to gym that’s tough I would highly recommend it as it really does give you a harder workout. For me however, food is usually my hardest point. You’ve got to look at it with a lifestyle change, not a diet. If you’re hungry, eat fruit, have a snack, you don’t have to avoid all sugar and food because it was on some fitness blog. I’m following my rules and eating healthy, good, nutritious food that I enjoy. So get fit foR Summer 2013! -JB
